Winter Edgeland Trapped in my hotel room

Trapped in my hotel room by the foul weather outside I took to browsing my photography archive and producing this series of quick pencil drawings

This is due to the handmade nature of the printing process

Sharp Edge is an prominent landmark in the Lake District

Whilst not really my normal style I do enjoy the illustrative nature of this image

A different detail is visible, architecturally bare and resplendent. A low sun seems to be present always, watching as we make our way. Each giclee edition is digitally printed on Hahnemuhle 300gsm Photo Rag paper using fade resistant inks. Each print is signed, titled and dated by the artist
