It is of WW2 vintage without foliage slits and has the typical ‘dragon teeth’ stitching on beach side edging

The original Israeli helmet liner resembles the type of US liner found in Vietnam era M1s

US FS #88 Brit RAC #04 - TheUS FS #88 The shell is an original WWII McCord Radiator with a front seam, stainless steel band and swivel bales. The heat stamp is very faintly stamped and hard to read; visible as 4_8_. The shell retains nearly all of its original olive drab paint inside and out; just a little soiled. The helmet is named inside to MAJ PAWLAK. A new OD3 chinstrap set has been fitted. The liner is an original WW2 high pressure type manufactured by CAPAC with the logo
