Fritz Waßmers Spätburgunder Rosé 51.4% Fritz Waßmer Spätburgunder MTasting Notes Dry and medium bodied Ros with underlying sweetness, firm minerality and crisp acidity. Strikingly evident that its a Sptburgunder from Baden but also surprising on the way that it gives you more than youd expect. Slight spritz with raspberry, grapefruit and plums but also some spiciness which is rarely present in a Ros wine of this price range. Palate is rich with wild strawberry flavours, dry salty minerals and bitter stems. Rousing
