Antique Sapphire and Pearl Crescent Pendant diamond wing hand carved from one pieceThe crescent moon has long been viewed as a symbol rebirth or new beginnings. This pendant features a platinum crescent adorned with two pearls and three sapphires. The piece was originally an antique brooch (circa 1880 1900) that our jeweler transformed by removing the pin findings and adding a 14k yellow gold bail.
