Grapes were hand picked, with maceration for up to 18 hours and spontaneous fermentation with 10% aged in wooden barrels and 90% in stainless steel. This is a light wine, little effervescent, a fervent lemon crisp, white peaches and stone fruit aromas with high refreshing acidity.
