The forecast was for some active skies overnight with the Northern Lights and with the clear skies the past few days it was a must to go and check them out

Lighthouse at Cabrillo National Monument Size:18"x24" Just under six months untilThe old lighthouse in Cabrillo National Park sits on top of the park, however there is plenty of more to do from whale watching in the winter, checking out the tide pools on the west side of the park or checking out the skyline of San Diego. Due to the location of the park it closes at 5: 00 PM, which means the nice light you will find for photography is limited to a few months of the year.
