Min Feng Mountain is located Northwest from Yong De town at an altitude of 2100 meters. The tea used for this production grows at about 1700 meters on a steep hillside. The tea is plucked and then air dried over a period of several days and then pressed into cakes. White tea made in this minimalist manner
