Theyre all decorated with intricate emerald green guilloche enamel artistry with flowing white bands interlacing around the border of the buckle. Guilloche enamel dates to the 17th century. The process involves metal carefully worked by a lathe, or Rose Machine into a decorative pattern and overlaid with a
