On the opposite side the collar is high and has soft pleats where the fabric is set into it - the attached tie acts as a high collar and the way it drapes again works whether you wear it at the front or the back

The skirt flows from the bodice with no seam at the waist to break the line and is cut to sit sleek and simple at the front and then at the back it is wonderfully dramatic and very full
