Lang, circa 1984. The blue brooch has both clear and blue prong set rhinestones, with central domed royal blue ovular stone which has the heft and feel of glass. Signed "Randy B. Lang 12 84" on the back. Measures 2 1 8" wide, 1 3 4" high. The rectangular brooch has overlapping, slightly curved strips of prong set rhinestones in clear, citrine, lavender, emerald green,
