Orange Bird Costume Hat Costume Shirts cotton material and ribbon tiesThis cute Orange Bird Inspired Hat is built on top of a twill baseball hat. The hat is covered in fabric and adorned with an EVA foam face and beak. Top leaves are felt with internal wire to make them shapeable. Hat has functional Velcro closure in the back to adjust sizing to fit. Please note that the bottom of the beak dips below the brim of the hat. So it does slightly impede full vision. I ran a full marathon in this design and had no problems
