It is made from sculpted ice blue silk taffeta with the most dramatic and large puffed sleeves and shawl collar

The lines of the suit are beautiful and it has a sense of ease to it imparted from that happy mix of cheerful colors

or just wear as a dress and top it over a basic black slip underdress
