Marine Court Lamp - Small Porcelain shade impressed with chineseThis lamp is a collaboration with Frankie of Calneva, 13 Kings Road, here in St Leonards. I have used a lino cut that she has created of Marine Court, an iconic modernist building designed by the architects Kenneth Dalgleish and Roger K Pullen in the 1930s. Marine Court is situated on St Leonards sea front and its design was inspired by the Queen Mary ship which entered commercial transatlantic service in 1936. Frankie very kindly allowed me to borrow
