The skirt is beautifully full and flows to the floor seemingly from the bodice though inside the dress there is a waist seam

It is by Valentino so that is already one strong reason for perfection status and then the rest is due to the perfect cut and drape of the knit

The workmanship is very fine and the quality high. It has a spectacular rainbow design set amongst a vivid pink and purple print on feather light silk chiffon.
