Made with cow's milk this blue is a little less sharp than traditional blues, it's buttery and bright with a slight peppery finish. Indulgent yet approachable this cheese is a shop favorite perfect for spreading on bread or enjoying with fruit and nuts. Makes a great after dinner dessert with a sweet Port or Sauternes.
