It is vibrant and amazing and if the color was not enough of an eye popper the amazing hand work done to the fabric just makes it amazing! This is British Crown Colony work and at the time it was the best bead and sequin work being done on the planet! The fabric is completely covered head to toe with rows of little faux pearls and zig zag
