Those incredible and dramatic sleeves give is a kimono esque, exotic feel that is unbelievable. They are each a full 35" in length and trail down the sides with an opening for the wearer to slip their hand through. The skirt flows to the ground in a column of silk jersey. The waist is seamed but is left loose so that
