Each sleeve has a silk insert that I think was added but I am leaving as it works

All the edges are finished with grosgrain and the entire outfit is beautifully made

One shoulder of the outer tabard close with hook and eye and one side can be untied

Each cuff buttons to close with a single fabric covered button and loop

Note the color is a touch deeper then shown

1970s Diane Freis Print Georgette Dress designer-malcolm-starr Each sleeve has a silkA very pretty floral print dress by Diane Freis made of a poly georgette, her preferred fabric of choice. Freis dresses tend to be the same sort of gypsy style a loose bodice and full sleeves with a tie at the neck. The waist is a wide elastic gathered band so the fit is crazy easy and comfortable. The skirt is full from there and has lots of fabric. I loved this one in particular for its pretty inset panel skirt a detail I have not seen on one of her
