Likely from the late 1940s to early 1950s. The skirt has a wide waistband with a sewn on decorative bow detail at the front. At the center front, the seam is intentionally exposed and frayed as a decorative design feature. The skirt is fully lined with linen. It closes at the back with a metal zipper and hook and eye closure.
