Rare 1959 Philip Hulitar Floral Gown Guest Editor Anita Clarke! Presents wellPhilip Hulitar only designed under his own label for a short time period 1949 1964. Prior to that he was the in house custom designer for Bergdorf's. His pieces are very beautiful and have an air of sophistication about them. Finding examples is hard due to the short period his label existed. My client purchased this dress in the spring of 1959 so I am able to date it exactly! It is an extraordinary piece and gives a hint of what was to come in the
