It is just spectacular and has such a romantic, pretty air about it that it literally makes me happy just to look at it on the hanger, never mind how fabulous it is once on. It is constructed of a beautiful blue floral print silk chiffon that flows and moved beautifully. The design that runs over the entire dress has two flowers tiny blue ones that form the
