I have started making smocking dresses again but this time I added an extra frill at the bust because being a small busted woman myself I had always being very conscious and thought this would be so nice to add a flowy fabric frill so this dress will be great for both small and big busted women :)

To make this shirt I have used a lovely Teal Spiral Floral pattern in 100% mulmul cotton which is very soft and it gets softer with each wash

It's made of cut cotton (not flimsy paper) sourced from India which has been backed with canvas and filled with foam batting
